When did you start working out?

    I went back to the gym after my son was 4 weeks old. GoodLife has a childminding program were they will watch your kid for up to 2 hours, working out avidly and eating well was already in me so it wasnt difficult to get back into the routine, I think if its already in you, you can go back into it more smoothly.. The classes are great and I shower , use the sauna, blowdry my hair for the other hour afterwards in peace and quiet with no interruptions, its awesome!

    Needless to say, I've always been on the run -mad dash getting things done as efficiently as possible kind of person so being organized helps alot.

    I have started working out with a personal trainer two months after birth. 3 times a week.

    I gratually decreased the amount of rice/sugar and snacks I was eating till I realized I am eating much less. I stopped working with the trainer after 2 months and did my own work out 2-3 times per week.

     

    I lost 18 kilo's of baby weight plus 3 more kilo's. so now I am thinner even more than before. Now that I am back to work. less time to go to gym. I will continue eating less and do not do snacking. I am hoping to go back to gym at least one or twice a week.

     

    It was a challenging and hard experiance for me. Did a lot of work to be back to shape but now everyone wonders!
