Walk with us for Maternal Mental Health!

Join Team Nest Health in Vaughan. We walk for the third year in a row to spread awareness and raise funds for perinatal mental health!

1 in 5 moms experience postpartum depression or anxiety.
Flora’s Walk exists so no mother walks through that alone.

This May 31st, we’re meeting at Chatfield District Park to walk, raise awareness, raise funds, and show up for our community.

✨ Strollers welcome. Kids welcome. Partners welcome. All hearts welcome.

Face painting for the kids!

Tiny Otters Playspace Playdate

Join me and my three year old for a playdate at Tiny Otters Playspace.

This brand new playspace features a huge role-play area, slides, monkey bars, a little sandbox and art corner, and much much more. So be prepared to have fun and get a little messy.

There’s seating areas throughout and free coffee/tea is being offered to LWAB members.

Ideal for ages 0-6 years

Cost & How to Pay (at the door):

LWAB members receive a special discounted price of $13.60+tax per child over 1 year of age. Babies under 1 are free with a paid sibling. Otherwise $13.60+tax.
Parents will receive complimentary coffee or tea, and each child will receive a small free snack or balloon.
