Gym? Spa? Going out on a day trip? Going out with friends for a few hours?

It all seems impossible after bringing a premature baby home - lack of trust on others to watch the baby or no time at all are common 'complaints'  for many parents for not doing anything for themselves.

This webinar will discuss alternatives to have some 'ME TIME' before you burn out.

Fabiana Bacchini and Andrea Rawson will discuss the importance of finding that time for you and will also give you some simple techniques to decompress.

About Andrea:
Andrea is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years experience in working with individuals, couples and families in the greater Toronto area. She has a particular interest working with families touched by medical concerns, disabilities, special needs, emotional issues, and the everyday stresses of family life.  What she appreciate about her work is that it allows her to walk with people through difficult times and help them find the hope that things do get better.

About Fabiana:

Fabiana is a graduate NICU parent and ambassador of the Family Integrated Care Program, developed by Mount Sinai Hospital, where she currently volunteers.

She sits on the board of Life With a Preterm Baby and rEcess, a program created to provide respite for families with special needs children.

In addition, Fabiana has a passion to give back to the community. She co-founded Handfull Hearts, a not for profit organization, that supports projects that are important to her and her community.
