Join us for a Mom & Tot Yoga session in an outdoor and relaxing environment!
Led by Maria Gevorgyan (www.theyogaquest.com), the class will help you regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your baby/child in a supportive and welcoming environment. Tone and lengthen your muscles, strengthen your posture, relax and rejuvenate, relieve tension in the upper body, and safely rebuild core strength. Classes also include meditation through stretches and postes. Enjoy special time with your tot, either holding them in your arms, leaning against your leg, on your front, sitting in your lap or resting on a blanket. if they are older, introduce your tot to the joys of yoga while participating together in a program that incorporates the mind, body and spirit. Pregnant women are also welcome!
What you will need:
-Stocked diaper bag (if needed)
-Blanket for child
-Water for yourself and your child
-Toys/snacks depending on age of baby
-Anything else to keep your child comfortable and enjoying the program
-Eat breakfast at least 1 hour before the class
*Depending on the type of registration we get, we may offer more specific classes for moms and kids of different ages, as well as prenatal yoga in the near future*
