This LWAB exclusive, FREE 45 minute class will burn calories, build muscle and help you get back into pre-baby shape! Bring your little ones and they can sit in their strollers/car seats or play with their toys on a mat (all ages are welcome as long as you are able to watch them). This class is for all fitness levels; stay and chat with other moms in the area and ask any questions about nutrition and exercising (at home or in the gym).
What you may need:
-Comfortable clothes and gym shoes
-Blanket, toys, and snacks for baby to lie on
-Packed diaper bag
