Potty Training Workshop
Toilet Learning: Learning to use the toilet is one of life’s great victories (for parents and children alike J) In this workshop we will discuss a variety of topics including signs of readiness, potty vs. toilet, diapers/pull-ups, when should it happen, what is the parents role, how do you do it, what is “normal” and any other questions you bring along.
Pizza dinner will be served.
Here is a little more about the speaker:
Nikki Taylor is a registered Early Childhood Educator who has been supporting families for over 35 years.
For 20 years she worked in the childcare field and for the past 16 years, has been the Parent Education Manager at Oakville Parent-Child Centre, assisting parents and families through educational opportunities, sharing resources/information and providing individual support. Nikki’s passion is helping parents and caregivers to build confidence, strengthen relationships, deepen their understanding of children and develop skills to help them on their journey to raising great families. She is the mother of 3 adult children and proud grandmother to 3 lovely little girls. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, garden and read.
