The Mommy & Baby Bootcamp is led by a professional instructor Pina who is also a Mother & a Life With A Baby Member, at Weekend Warriors. This is a perfect way to further our bonds with our Baby while engaging every muscle in our body! Get toned, defined, and incredibly fit while setting a tone for a healthy active lifestyle for ourselves and our Babies!
Each class will be focused on developing a lean, defined, and strong body by focusing on H.I.I.T cardio, Plyometrics, Calisthenics, and Isolation weight training!
So we get to enjoy incredible workouts while bonding with our baby at the same time, having them right by our sides!
And the best part is...it is ONLY $5/class CASH (YOU MUST REGISTER HERE TO GET THIS PRICE)!

Also note that if you'd like to sign up & prepay for 5 classes, it would be $23 ($4.60/class), or 10 classes for $45 ($4.50/class)...these are the best prices I was able to negotiate. Savings is one thing, but the commitment to yourself is another...so join us for the entire Summer if you can! Classes are available on the following days & times from July 24th-Aug 28th (inclusive):
Mondays - 11:30am & 1:00pm
Tuesdays - 1:00pm
Thursdays - 1:00pm
P.S. Most of us will have our Babies with us, but if you have other babysitting arrangements, feel free to join us too! You will be using free weights!
