Bring your babies and come enjoy this full body Mommy and baby workout! This class is safe for postpartum mamas and the exercises will be modified to be gentle for your core and/or pelvic floor muscles. Even though there will be no jumping or running trust me you will be getting an awesome workout. This class will focus on cardio, resistance training, flexibility and getting you back to all the activities that you loved pre baby.

Packages of 8 classes for $100 will be available for the weeks of Sept 18 2017 - Nov 13th 2017 (No class thanksgiving Monday)
There are two classes: 10:00am-11:00am and 11:15am-12:15pm.
Each class has a only 5 spots.

Please note you need to arrive 5 mins early on the first day of class to sign a PARQ and Fitness waiver form. Alternatively, I can send you the forms and you can print them off and bring them with you on the first day of class.
Please bring a mat and a set of 3-10 pound Dumbbells depending on where you are in your fitness journey.
