Feeding Your Fussy Foodie
Mealtimes are hard enough for today's modern families. Picky eaters take the stress to a whole new level with their varying demands. In this workshop, we will explore how to get healthy options into the fussiest of foodies! This workshop will include:
- understanding your child's dietary needs
- best start for baby: encouraging healthy eating habits in the early years
- tips and tricks for making dinner time more calm for the family
- strategies to support balanced eating
- quick meal planning tips & tricks
About the Speaker:
Andrea Falcone is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Fitness Professional. She makes regular television and radio appearances, writes for a number of news outlets and has some extra fun in the kitchen with recipe development. Andrea counsels clients one-on-one, as well as holds group presentations in corporate, school and sports team environments. Throughout the year, she runs cooking camps for children aged 5 to 14. Through Andrea’s work experience and dedicated passions, she has learned about our food system, environments, and behaviours, enabling her clients to recognize their greatest potential and to put their best health and best self forward each day.
