Bounce Back & Thrive FREE 10 Week Program for Families of Children Under age 8 - Aurora

Bounce Back & Thrive! (BBT) is a free 10-week resiliency skills training program for parents and caregivers of children under 8 years.  BBT skills help parents/caregivers and their children build the resilience necessary to handle life’s inevitable bumps in the road and make use of opportunities to grow and learn. BBT is an interactive program facilitated by York Region Public Health nurses that includes hands-on activities, video clips of parents and children showing helpful strategies, group discussions and opportunities to practice skills.

This program may be beneficial to those families who need or would like support in building skills that increase their capacity to role model resilience in their daily interactions with their children. If you would like further information, please visit us at York.ca/bbt for more details.
