“Do you think of a solitary trip to the bathroom as a luxury retreat? Is taking a shower a special event for you? Are you more familiar with the term “poop patterns” than you’d like to be? Us too! Join moms who understand in a relaxed and welcoming setting as we support, encourage, and inspire one another.”

The program is for moms and children from birth to 5 years and is free of charge.

There are activities and a snack for kids (kids should bring their own labeled sippy cups if possible). Moms have the opportunity to leave their little ones (if they are comfortable with it) with our loving volunteers for an hour while we enjoy some adult conversation (possibly an activity) over tea or coffee and snacks.

Adjusting to motherhood is not easy. Finding your identity after making that adjustment can be even harder. Spending 24/7 trying to meet the needs of our beloved little one is a complete change from who we were before they entered our lives. So how do we reconnect with who we are as women? Join us for a discussion on identity and motherhood. This will be our last indoor meeting until September so, to celebrate, we’re going to have yogurt and berry parfaits again! Feel free to bring something else to share with the moms if you would like to.

Hope to see you there,

Anya - Host & Volunteer
