Start the New Year off right with a FREE Strong Mom & Baby Fitness for an awesome workout for a good cause.
Strong Mom Fitness is dedicated to building strong bodies in pregnancy, specifically restoring weakened muscles, namely the core and pelvic floor and engage in safe exercise to help correct common postpartum symptoms such as mummy tummy, leaky bladder and more.
In this FREE class you’ll:
1. Get your sweat on
Meet other like-minded moms
Learn how to exercise correctly for your postpartum body
1.It’s a FREE Charity class - bring a donation of baby snacks, cereal, jarred food, sippy cups or plastic dishes
2. Three Class locations to choose from (Vaughan, Markham & Thornhill)
3. Babies and toddlers are welcome (bring activities or snacks for toddlers if needed)
4. Wear fitness gear and running shoes
5. You must be approved for exercise by your doctor/OB/Midwife (usually around 6 -8 weeks postpartum)
This is a charity event for The Yellow Brick House. Donations of baby snacks, cereals, jarred food, sippy cups or plastic dishes are greatly appreciated.
