Krista, Certified Paediatric Sleep Coach with Sleeperific, will discuss 4 basic principles of sleep hygiene to ensure sleep is easier, happier and healthier for families.

Triple P Tip Sheet Discussion: Toilet Training

Like most parents, you may be looking forward to the day when your child no longer needs diapers. Toilet training can seem like a big task especially when relatives, friends, neighbors, and books all offer different advice. In this Triple P tip sheet discussion, Lauren will be introducing strategies to support your child with toilet training.


Afternoon Breakout Sessions

  • Infant Nutrition - Angela Pavarin-De Luca
Registered dietitian, Angela Pavarin - De Luca will be discussing infant nutrition from newborn to 1 year of age. Breastfeeding, when to initiate solids, introducing solids, allergies and food safety will all be discussed.

  • How to choose the right childcare - Terry Kelly

Parents who are thinking of going back to work and need to choose child care.

Terry will answer questions on what to look for in child care, the new legislation's affects on child care, what is an RECE, what does the College of ECE do to protect the public, etc.


With a fun mid-day break of Salsa dancing and singing with your little ones. Bring a carrier if you have one

This is a posh baby event! Every mom get a loot bag with great prizes. Amazing line up of speakers, and a really fun morning to connect with other moms and babies.

Coffee/tea will be provided throughout the day.  A sit down lunch will be served.
