Join Luisa from Salsa Babies for a fun interactive class! Learn what all the hype is about as you dance your way into shape.
Please bring a baby carrier, dress comfortably, wear indoor shoes, and bring lots of water. Please be familiar with your carrier prior to the start of class.
We ask that you be at least 6 weeks postpartum, and have been given the all clear to start exercise from your health care professional.
