Keynote Speaker: Connie Butera, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Connie Butera is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and member of The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO); currently finishing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Connie’s specific focus is on supporting the family unit as a whole. Her experience lies on working with individuals struggling with the various perinatal mood disorders (PMAD’s, PPD), post partum stress, anxiety and emotional dysregulation. Connie has completed additional training via Postpartum Support International. As a special needs parent herself, parent mentor with The Children’s Treatment Network and having completed an additional Certificate in Autism via Kerry’s Place Autism Services, Connie’s offers further focus and personal experience in supporting families of children on the Autism Spectrum. In this seminar, Connie draws from personal experience and professional learnings, in providing; healthy insights and practical suggestions, for blended families.
