energy...or lack there of

    anyone else hurting for energy these days? I don't know if its lack of sleep...or -&44 or my crap diet...or a combination but I need a serious energy boost....and I don't do the caffine thing

    Might be a combination of change of season, SAD/ lack of sunlight (these cloudy gloomy days the past few days really suck!) and the busy holiday season.

    I picked up a light therapy clock and am going to see if that works!
