    Hello Fellow travelers,

I'm sure you always wonder what to pack into an 'activities bag' to ensure your toddler's happy plane time.

Here are some activities that have worked for us in the past:

    - A plastic cup, a couple of ice cubes and a straw. The ice dispensed on the plane usually has holes inside, so that's double the fun (Liam found this pretty amusing - the stirring, the sounds and how cold the ice was)

    - Cheerios and pipe cleaners or shoelaces (Liam spent almost 45 minutes putting all the cheerios through. You can also try pasta)

    - Small container of wooden clothes pins

    - Unused wallet with treats, stickers, pictures or other items in different compartments. Liam loved digging through it.

    - Memory cards or 'group' cards - sorting into piles or matching one with the other based on any category the child knows - colours, animals, shapes, etc.

    - Puzzles - taking a picture of the child's favourite cartoon and cutting it into a simple puzzle

    - Favourite books go without saying, together with crayons and coloring books obviously...

**Please feel free to add to the list and expand it with light-weight and interactive ideas **

    Happy Travel!

I loved the wallet idea, it kept him busy for a while.

    -colouring
    -snacks

He was also kept busy for a very long time just using thing on the train.
    -bushing buttons
    -pulling things
    -walking
    -opening doors
-playing with the trays on the seat
-turning on and off the lights
-touching different textures on different thing on the train
    -looking out the window
