    I love this, an interview by the Raw Divas with Peter Cerqua, author of The 90 Second Fitness Solution explains how some exercises can make us bigger.  Huh!  He then walks you through 2 simple exercises that take 90 seconds each and have you sweating and losing inches!  Do this while pregnant, with kids or alone if you're lucky!
