I want to share 2 healthy dessert recipes I've finally found that are soooo yummy I don't dive into cookies and aero bars!

I stay away from white sugar since all the research shows how harmful it is (I just read that the body turns white sugar into alcohol!) but I still need some yumminess!!

    Healthy Chocolate Mouse

Garnish: 2 pints raspberries and sliced strawberries and mint

    Chocolate Mouse

    2.5 cups avocados

    6 soft dates

    4-6 tablespoon maple syrup

    1.5 tbsp vanilla extract

    .75 carob powder

    4-6 tbsp coca powder

1)soak dates in 1 cup water 10-15 minutes

2)In food processor: dates, maple syrup, vanilla, water from dates, 1 tbsp at a time

    3)Spoon in avocado

4)Spoon in carob/cocoa powder and pinch of salt

Serve in mouse cups with garnish

Almond Flour Muffins (recipe is from Nature's Way Health Food Store)

2 cups almond flour (ground almonds)

    ½ tsp baking soda

    ¼ tsp salt

    ¼ cup honey

    3 eggs beaten

    1 large ripe banana mashed

Add chocolate chips or carob chips, cranberries, walnuts etc…

    Place in muffin tray

Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes

    DELICIOUS!!!
