Hi Ladies, I am thinking starting the power walk on Tuesdays perhaps we can start next week! Be ready, as lon as it does nor rain I am going! :) MOMS only so make sure you book you sitter or Hubby to look after child(ren) I usually do a 35-45 min power walk, it depends on how willing you are .I like to walk really fast, and as we improve I would love to perhaps do a bit if running too. We can always play it by ear, like in the past. Depending on how we feel, power walk or run that night! :)
