My little Ever said, "Dada," at 4 months, "Mama," and "Baba," (which meant baby, evidently, since she said it about her own reflection, and when she saw other babies) at 6 months, "hi," and "bye," at 8 months, and almost anything we asked her to repeat at 9 months.
Some of her favorite words at 9 months were, "bruh-bah," (her brother), "Sky," (her sister), "dog," "cat," "boop," (her pronunciation of "boob"), "nee-nee," (which was a request for nursing), "bow-wow-wow," (when she saw a dog, or a picture of one), and "yay!" Her first sentence, at 10 months, was, "Love you!"
At the time of her first birthday, she had over 50 words, probably the funniest of which was "alligator," which she pronounced "al-gee-tah." We made a recording of her saying it, and used it as our voicemail greeting. It is still on there, since neither me, nor her daddy can bear to erase it! We just adore our little chatterbox! :-)
