Its cute! 

My 15 mo old has been babbling silly and saying stuff twice or thrice, e.g. bababa, mamama, jajaja, papa.  Anyway, I have a stupid theory.  He probably likes to hear himself talk and its a feat for him since he would give me that gleam and giggle every time.
