  • 200 single copies can be entered. Please submit 2 weeks prior to event date. Contact denise@lifewithababy.com for Richmond Hill Delivery or connie@lifewithababy.com for Bradford area delivery.
  • $30 for the table and chair. $10 extra collected at time of registration will be returned to you in coins day of event as change that you can use for your customers.

**VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES**

Register here to become a table sales vendor!

JOIN US for our semi-annual popular mom to mom sale & free family fun day.  Usually over 400 people in attendance!!  Always sold out!!  *limited vendor tables available*

  • PERSONAL SALES TABLES $30 - sell your gently used items.  We provide one table and a chair.  $40 collected at time of registration.  $10 given back day of event as change to use for your customers.
  • BUSINESS TABLES $60 - family friendly business vendors welcome.  **please email connie@lifewithababy.com to ensure that your category is not already taken, prior to registering!  Those who do not receive approval first will not be counted.  Only 1 business per company.  We provide 1 table and up to 3 chairs per business.  Business table registration also includes FREE grab bag insert & door prize entry. Please see deadline for submission! 
  • GRAB BAG ONLY $20 - provide 200 copies of your single insert for our FREE grab bags that will be handed out at the door to first visitors.  Deadline 2 weeks prior to event.  Please email denise@lifewithababy.com to make arrangements to drop off or mail your inserts in the Richmond Hill area.   OR connie@lifewithababy.com to mail in the Bradford area. 
  • ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDER (FREE):  we are looking for fun, engaging, family-friendly entertainers to join our event!!   In exchange for your FREE entertainment provision, you will be given a table at our event and / or a grab bag insert!  If you have a fun business that would make a great addition to our FREE Family Fun Day Component to our event, please contact denise@lifewithababy.com to begin the planning!!! Note that program space is available onsite and this component to our show is well attended.  Your business will be included on all marketing materials, eblasts, social media, etc.      Characters, Circle Time, Singers, Musicians, Literacy Specialists, Magicians, Clowns, Party Entertainers etc. are best suited for this opportunity. 


Please note that vendor opportunities are ALWAYS sold out with a wait list FAST.  If you register and do not pay your invoice to secure your table within 24 hours, your registration will be cancelled. 

SOLD OUT? Register for the WAIT LIST! Tables do become available from time to time. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON ANY TABLES PURCHASED OR PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR LAST MIN NO SHOWS!!  If you need to cancel your table, please contact connie@lifewithababy.com.  You can give your table to a friend OR you can consider your payment as donation to our charity.  This is a volunteer-run event which takes LOTS of time to plan.  This helps alleviate administration! We thank you for your understanding.
