We now know that believing in our ability to breastfeed will directly influence our experience of breastfeeding. "Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy" is a fancy way of saying, "Confidence to Breastfeed."
A Canadian researcher, Dr. Cindy Lee Dennis, has shown that our personal conviction of our ability to breastfeed relates directly to whether we will meet our breastfeeding goals.
So what can we do? Can we increase our "breastfeeding self-efficacy"? YES! This workshop will explore how we can increase our confidence and belief in ourselves to reach our breastfeeding goals.
