Doing what you can to approach bedtime with a nurturing, attachment-based approach? Stumped on how to solve challenges while still being attachment-oriented? Becoming tired and frustrated? Expecting another baby and are worried about juggling everyone’s sleep bedtime needs?

Join us to have your questions answered, and connect with other parents around the challenges (and joys) of sleep in the first three years, with a focus on strategies for problem solving and for shifting perspective.

This event is for parents and babies!

Looking forward to meeting, connecting & learning from all of you

See you there,

Heather (LWAB volunteer and host)

What: Infant Sleep Cafe (a welcoming and supportive workshop for learning how to solve baby sleep challenges through an attachment-based, developmentally-informed lens).

When: February 19th 2020 from 11:00am to 12:00pm

Where: Lookout Ridge Retirement Home, 1505 Lookout Street, Fonthill Ontario

How: Enter by the main doors which face Highway 20.  There is some parking on this side of the building, but you may find it is full: go to the west side of the building (off of Lookout Street) for more parking spots.  Once inside the main entrance, there will be signs directing you to the elevators straight ahead; take the elevator down to the lower level, then follow the signs all the way down the hall.

What to bring: Bring a blanket for baby to lie on, and anything else he/she needs (quiet toys, snacks) to help baby during the workshop. There is ample room for strollers.
