The group will be facilitated by :

Licensed Counselling Therapist, Kerri Gaskin BA, Dip.HTM, Cert.Ed., MACP, LCT-C, CCC-Q

Kerri works in private practice as Licensed Counselling Therapist (C) offering support to various individuals and groups as well as professionals in caring fields as they work through the occupational hazards of compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout.

With a special interest in women’s and girls’ issues. Kerri works with women in the field of maternal mental health to help them as they build resiliency and coping skills for motherhood and beyond and offers programs to encourage girls and women to meet the challenges of peer & societal pressures with skills of resilience, positive self-talk, and self-compassion.

Recently, Kerri has partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick to offer a free weekly walk-in mental health service in the Moncton office and regularly facilitates group programs in the areas of anger management, postpartum mental health, recovery, and families supporting loved one with mental illnesses.

When not working with individuals and groups in mental health, Kerri is a sought-after corporate trainer and keynote speaker using her breadth of experience to take her own blend of humour, authenticity, and real life to engage audiences of 10 to 10,000 with stories that will motivate, delight, and inspire.
