This session is specifically designed for toddlers up to 3-years old and will focus on encouraging healthy sleep habits and routines. Participants will learn how to set up a positive sleep environment, establish a consistent bedtime routine, and how to handle night waking's. This workshop will be facilitated by experienced sleep consultant Bridget Jensen and will also address common sleep issues that often occur during the preschool years. This includes: sleep timing, fears and nightmares.
This sleep clinic will be facilitated by Bridget Jensen. She is founder of Better Bedtime, a full-service sleep consultancy based in Waterloo Region and is the Canadian Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. Bridget’s calm and supportive demeanor are beneficial while working with families, individuals and organizations across North America. She is dedicated to helping people get the rest they need, so they can feel at their best during the day.
