🎓 Workshop One: Hearing and Responding to Distress Outcome: Listen for and identify perinatal mood concerns with peers and in the community. Featuring Anneke and Olivia Topics Include: Overview of PMADs, What helps and hinders perinatal mental health, The peer role in screening/assessment.  

🔍 Workshop Two: Foundations of Trauma Aware Peer Support Outcome: Apply the foundations of trauma-aware peer support. Featuring Olivia and Anneke Topics Include: Overview of reproductive trauma-aware care, Zones of regulation, Trauma typologies.  

🌍 Workshop Three: Perinatal Equity-Oriented Peer Support and Cultural Humility Outcome: Apply the foundations of perinatal equity-oriented peer support and cultural humility. Featuring Olivia, Anneke, and a special panel on supporting specific parenting populations. Topics Include: Intro to perinatal equity-oriented peer support, Making trauma-aware and culturally sensitive referrals, Panel discussion.
