nope! But I tried with all 3 of my kiddies! I bought all sorts of different soo-soo's , but none of them wanted anything todo with any of them! My oldest used one for about 6 weeks, and then it was spat out and the thumb was discovered. my daughter who just turned two has never sucked anything- paci or thumb, she soothes with her bunny blankie which was given to her as a newborn. our youngest took a soo-soo while in nicu, and brandnew but when we came home- that was it. his choice . He likes to suck on his shirt /arm though, puts his hand above his head and his little mouth suckles...the air really. it's adorable
