The Excess Weight!

    I know what you mean I have been dealing with the same thing lol. I am also breastfeeding my son Jayden he is going to be 8 months on the 17, What I have been doin that seems to work is alot of walking and eating better, I eat less portions and food with out oil.My fiancee Mark is also a personal trainer and he helps me alot. If you need some food suggestions let me know and I will be happy to help, also if sometime during the week if you are free we could go out to the mall to walk or even outside because the weather is getting alot better:)

    I have to reccomend Function Studios in newmarket. They have Zumba, Pilates, Spin, etc and have daycare on site which is a huge plus for me as I can bring the kiddies
