      get there early!

    - Toddler Time (19 months - 3 yrs)
Stories, songs & rhymes for children with parents/caregivers.  Puppets,
       music, dancing.

    -  Preschool Time (3-5 yrs)
Favourite stories, finger plays, songs and verse for children with
       parents/caregivers

    - Family Time (5 and under)
Stories, songs, rhymes and crafts for children with
       parents/caregivers

    - Pyjama Time (5 and under)
Bedtime stories, crafts and songs for parents with children with

In the City of Vaughan, has good story times for babies/ toddlers. The "Born to Read" program was great!

    Details at http://www.vaughanpl.info/programs

In particular, the Bathurst Clark library (near Promenade Mall) programs are amazing and well attended. Get there early!

I'll put in a plug for Richmond Hill Public Library. We recently finished a Mother Goose program and my son and I both enjoyed it a lot. It was nice to get out of the house for a while - and see other people! For a list of all of their children's programs (0 - 6 yrs), check out http://www.rhpl.richmondhill.on.ca/Kids/StorytimeList.cfm . Some of the programs require pre-registration (which starts December 20th for the session that starts in January), but not all. There are four locations to choose from, too.
