Hi my daughter had something similar to this and when i looked it up online i found different massages you can do the same as a blocked tearduct.  By rubbing the edges of the nose etc it is supposed to help relieve the pressure of it or something, i also put warm wash clothes on it, as much as a wiggly baby will allow.  Also i believe you can use the polysporin eye drops, dont take my word on that one though as i am not positive as that was not something i used for that, but my daughter got sick from another child and ended up with gunky eyes as she got older this winter and i had to use those eye drops for that.  I hope it goe's away quickly.  jasmine
