Note: This is the same class as the 4-week session - space is available subject to cancellations in the 4-week session. Registration will open up one week before the class.

About the class:

This class is for new moms to share quality time with their babies and other moms through an energizing yoga practice. The class will be around 45 - 60 minutes (depending on the babies' temperament!) with some time after for relaxing and chatting.

Moms will get to practice yoga and learn how to include baby in her practice. The class will mainly consist of poses for mom, incorporating and partnering with baby where possible, and with some baby yoga postures throughout. Postures will help mom refocus, regain strength and flexibility and soothe muscles from nursing and holding baby. During the class, moms may stop to feed or soothe baby and rejoin the practice when it is possible and comfortable to do so.

Babies from 6 weeks and NOT CRAWLING are welcomed. Previous yoga experience is not necessary, but is helpful. For baby, it is recommended not to practice for 2 days after any immunizations, though use your discretion in terms of baby's temperament.

Single Class: Pre-registration and non-refundable payment guarantees your spot in the class. If you do not pay online, please bring exact change to the class.

If you are unable to attend at the last minute, you may attend the next class if there is space. No shows will not receive a refund nor a 'make up' class.

Unregistered spots may be available, depending on available space at a walk-in rate of $10. Please check this event page on the day to see if spots are available.
