Do you and your baby love to dance??? Join us for Mommy and Baby Salsa Fit! This class will run approximately one hour and begin with a warm up for Mommies. Babies will then be placed in their carriers or wraps and we will move to the beat! No previous dance experience is required and if you have two left feet come out and join anyways. Music and movement are known to strengthen the bond between Mommy and Baby!

What to bring:
Comfortable running shoes
Water/Snack for Mommy
Food/Snack for Baby
Carrier or wrap required (we do not suggest holding baby during the class)
Toys for baby
Blanket for baby
