Join Amma Yoga for a fun laid back yoga class for moms and babies who are not yet mobile.   A special rate for LWAB Members.  Only $6 for the class- payable at the time of registration.

Join us for a relaxing and invigorating yoga class followed by time to socialize over a tea or coffee in Amma Yoga's lovely space. 

Registration Information

Full payment is due at the time of registration.  If you select "invoice me later"  your spot will not be held.  Only full payment will secure a spot.

amma yoga is located at 72 St. Leger St., Kitchener. (unit 1)

Our front door faces Breithaupt Street. Do not enter the main building.

There is ample free parking in the lot that wraps around the building, as well as free street parking right in front on Breithaupt. We are two doors down from the lovely Cocoon Apothecary.

We open 30 minutes prior to class.
