Join us at Sunnidale Park with Amanda Ingram Fitness for a discussion on what happens to the core during and after pregnancy. She will go over issues such as Diastasis, Incontinence, Prolapse, Pelvic & Back Pain and more as well as their symptoms and what can be done. Afterwards she will teach everyone some techniques that can be used right away and end with a pelvic floor safe workout. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat & water.
Following the 1 hour workshop we will spend some time at the playground so feel free to bring snacks and a blanket for your little ones to hang out for a while!

Amanda's Bio: Amanda is a trainer who specializes in the pelvic floor and is owner of Amanda Ingram Fitness. Through exercise and functional movement she empowers pre & post natal women to regain their inner strength. An avid runner and hiker you will find her outdoors and spending time with family including her 2 year old daughter.
