Age group ( Infant- Toddler)

A fun and dynamic class for mom and baby. The emphasis is on getting mom back to her beautiful self and enjoying quality bonding time with baby. We accomplish this by getting mom to wear the baby in a sling while following a blend exercises and dances. Music and movement are incorporated to maximize the cardio and muscle strengthening for mom over the course of the program. Class created by mom Lisa Oberman who is an experienced Professional Ballerina; Stage Performer and Competitive Dancer; Teen Dancer Of The Year Award Winner; TV Contestant and owner of L'Dance.

First time attendee will receive a first time rate of $5.00 registration via Life with a Baby. All classes after that are $10.00.
