Can you believe we're in September?  Kids are back to school, and now, are you ready to get back into shape?  Join us for a 4-week (8 classes) kick fit bootcamp in Vaughan to build some stamina and strength so that we can keep up with carrying our growing baby without huffing and puffing :)  

The Ultimate Kick Fit Bootcamp classes are specifically designed to not only give us a full body work out but also designed so that we can have fun doing it!  It can be a way to relieve stress, feel confident, lose weight and tone up.  All the moves are easy to do and are suitable for all fitness levels.  Cardio, body resistance and kickboxing are also incorporated into their classes.  No two classes are the same so you can ensure that you will feel the burn after every class.  No experience is necessary. Their amazing instructors will guide us the entire way!

And the best part of it all...we are receiving a SPECIAL DISCOUNT,  all 8 classes for ONLY $35!!! 

Week 1:  Tues Sep 12th & Thurs Sep 14th @10:30am-11:30am

Week 2:  Tues Sep 19th & Thurs Sep 21st @10:30am-11:30am

Week 3:  Tues Sep 26th & Thurs Sep 28th @10:30am-11:30am

Week 4:  Tues Oct 3rd & Thurs Oct 5th @10:30am-11:30am

2) Make FULL PAYMENT to OMAC ($35 CASH) by Sat Sep 9th to secure your spot,

otherwise, we will open up your spot to other interested Moms.  Thank you for your understanding.  OMAC is open Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm and Sat 10am-1pm. 

Also note that due to the special pricing, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST CLASS.

P.S.  Most of us will have our Babies with us, but if you have babysitting arrangements, feel free to join us too!  The energy is amazing!    .
