Hello Moms!

I'm very excited and pleased to bring DANCE into Vaughan at an amazing price!  Led by a professional dance instructor, who is also a Life With A Baby member, Alesandra Soltani!  Alesandra has competed throughout the world for fourteen years and has trained in multiple dance forms for over twenty years!  And having a baby just does not stop her from dancing!

So come and join us for a fun and energetic WEEKLY dance class with Baby, featuring hip hop style moves!  If you used to dance and want to get back into it after baby, or if you have never danced before, this class is perfect for you.  

Each class will start with a stretch and strengthening warm up, followed by a mini dance combination with simple hip hop style choreography.  The class will end with a cool down stretch.

Please note that the classes are baby friendly.  If you need to step away to tend to your little one or if you need a break, please do so at your ease.  

Here's what to bring to the class:

- baby carrier, 

- exercise clothing and shoes, 

- water, snacks 

- food/toys/blanket for baby 

The total for ALL 4 sessions is ONLY $25 (that's just $6.25/class)!  Please note that you must make payment within 48 hours of registration, otherwise, we may remove you from the registration list to accommodate other Moms on the waiting list.  Thank you for your understanding!

P.S. If you have other babysitting arrangements, or can't wear Baby on a carrier, you are still welcomed to join us!  Just note that the choreography is simpler compared to a regular adult class.
