When we talk about self-care, what are the first things that come to
your mind? Can you list a few examples? Do you put your self-care as
priority and associate these activities with “fun” or “necessity”? If
not, what are the barriers? As moms, we can all relate and acknowledge
that having proper self-care is not always the easiest thing to do.
However, self-care impacts every aspect of our mental health. In this
workshop, we will explore the definition of self-care, barriers to
self-care, goal setting, and mindfulness practice in the hopes of
achieving some mental stability in the midst of all the chaos at home.
