It's back again!  Join us with your baby (or baby bump) for a fun day out to meet other parents, learn from our speakers, and have fun.  Speakers include

• Postpartum Mental Health & Wellness with Tania from Yellowood Nutrition and Wellness
• Self Care with Andrea from Oh Baby Fitness
• Infant CPR with Ricki from Good Samaritan First Aid
• Saving for your RESP with Heather from Knowledge First Financial

Every parent will get a loot bag with great prizes. A served lunch, and a fun day to connect with other soon-to-be parents and new parents with their babies.

Members pay a nominal rate of $5 to which includes lunch, swag bags and more. 

WE'll be giving away this carseat to one lucky winner on the day of the event. WIN an Extend2fit car seat from Graco Baby

Coffee/tea will be provided throughout the day.  A buffet lunch will be served

• 10:45 - 11:15 AM - Postpartum Mental Health & Wellness with Tania from Yellowood Nutrition and Wellness
• 11:30 - 12:00 PM - Infant CPR with Ricki from Good Samaritan First Aid 
• 12:00 - 12:45 PM - Lunch

• 1:30 - 2:00 PM - Self Care with Andrea from Oh Baby Fitness

Please only register adults as guests.  No registration needed for your child.  Suitable for expecting parents or those with babies 0-12 months old.  Parents of toddlers are invited but the space does not have toys or areas for toddlers to play. 

YES : Absolutely Dads are welcome to join us, too.
