Join me on Tuesday and Thursday's for Mommy & Me Fitness!! This safe and effective workout is designed to build stamina and strength in postnatal moms so that we can keep up with our active and growing baby :)
The Mommy & Me Fitness class is led by a mother of two, a Life With a Baby Community Manager with a PhD in Kinesiology and Certified Personal Training Specialist.
Each class will be focused on developing a lean, defined, and strong body by focusing on high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), Plyometrics (modified), Calisthenics, and Isolation weight training!
SNAP FITNESS is hosting us and allowing the class to be offeredat a SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT - for only $124.99 +HST!!! The class runs 2 times a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm for 6 weeks (Nov 5 - Dec 12).
Join any time as the price will be pro-rated.
Drop-in available if space permits for $15 per class - must contact Jill to see if there is room (firstname.lastname@example.org or 416-209-7087).
Please register online and call in your credit card payments to Jill at 416-209-7087 prior to the first class.
As there are only LIMITED SPOTS, your registration can only be confirmed once FULL PAYMENT is received.
Also note that due to the special pricing, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST CLASS.
P.S. Most of us will have our Babies with us, but if you have other babysitting arrangements, feel free to join us too!
