Raising a baby is a wonderful experience but it is also a challenge. We get that. This year on Bell Let's Talk Day, we are hosting a low-key informal Pajama Party for you to come out with your baby to meet other moms and chat. We'll have a speaker to give a short talk about self-care and what we can do to take better care of ourselves while caring for our little ones.

The speaker will talk about self-care and wellness followed by a 20 minute circle time, and 20 minutes of mingling.

Coffee/snacks will be provided.

Hosted by Bhavishree.

Talk lead by Licensed Counselling Therapist, Kerri Gaskin:

Kerri Gaskin, BA, Dip.HTM, Cert.Ed., MACP, LCT-C, CCC-Q
