Dr. Kinga Babicki-Farrugia (Hon.BSc., ND),  Naturopathic Doctor & Co-Founder of The Nest Health fundamentally believes that we, as women, can change the health of the world.   She is passionate about empowering women and children to take charge of their health through balanced, evidence-based medicine.  Dr. Kinga understands the struggle that many women face in making time to take care of themselves, but has learned first hand that this isn't an option but rather a necessity for every mother.  You simply cannot take care of someone else, if you don't take care of yourself!

Dr. Kinga's practice and clinic is focused exclusively on women's health and pediatrics.  Her passion for supporting women through all stages of motherhood has led her to cofound The Nest Health here in Vaughan with her colleague, friend and busines partner, Dr. Daniela Arciero DC..  From helping women achieve a successful pregnancy, enjoy a smooth & healthy pregnancy, to having an empowered birth, and helping women not only survive but thrive in postpartum, Dr. Kinga and The Nest Health Team is here to support women along this incredible journey of motherhood.

When she's not working to empower moms and their little ones, she spend her time with her own family.  She herself is a mom to two sweet, kindhearted and lively boys and a wife to an incredibly supportive husband.  Becoming a mother has been a humbling experience for her and has taught her, and continues to teach her, so much about herself and the world she want to leave for future generations.
