Join me on Monday and Wednesday for Mommy & Me Fitness!! This safe and effective workout is designed to build stamina and strength in postnatal moms so that we can keep up with our active and growing baby :)
The Mommy & Me Fitness class is led by a mother of two, a Life With a Baby Community Manager with a PhD in Kinesiology and Certified Personal Trainer.
Each class will be focused on developing a lean, defined, and strong body by focusing on high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), Plyometrics (modified), Calisthenics, and Isolation weight training for women!
Membership Options - 6 WEEK SESSION:
2 Days/week, 11 classes - $105 +hst
3 Days/week, 18 classes - $135 +hst - this plan allows you access to both the Thornhill (Vibe) and Woodbridge (Yoga Loft) classes.
Unlimited - $150 +hst - this plan allows you access to both the Thornhill (Vibe) and Woodbridge (Yoga Loft) classes.
Drop In - $15/class

A new session will start on May 4th!

As there are only LIMITED SPOTS, your registration can only be confirmed once FULL PAYMENT is received.
Also note that due to the special pricing, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST CLASS.
P.S. Most of us will have our Babies with us, but if you have other babysitting arrangements, feel free to join us too!
