I am so excited to be offering this online fitness class every Tuesday and Thursday (5-week session) for FREE!!!
We will be focusing on exercises to strengthen and restore the pelvic floor following childbirth while giving options for progressions (more intense) and regressions (less intense) so everyone can join in!.
I will be guiding you along the way ensuring that proper breathing,form and intensity are executed.
Each session will be unique and give you a full-body workout!
