Did you know that one in five moms experience Postpartum Depression (PPD) in Canada?  This affects over 76,000 Moms each year.  Yes, 76,000!!!  It can happen to any mom, so it's important to educate and inform them, and let them know that they don't have to suffer in silence or alone...that's the mission at Life With A Baby!

During this mental health week, as a community, let's raise awareness and funds for Life With A Baby to continue to run more programs and events for Moms, for maternal mental health and to prevent PPD.
