Hey Canada! It's time to Climb!

We will be joining the Waterloo Climb, hosted by Together: For Perinatal Mental Health on June 24th from 9:30am-noon. In addition to the walk, there will be activities for kids and adults, plus some light refreshments.

The Climb is a community walk and international fundraiser for survivors, providers, and members of the community to come together raising awareness for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

The Climb brings our community together to shine a light on a darkness we often don’t speak about. Perinatal mental health struggles affects 1 in 5 birthing parents.

All funds raised will support Together: For Perinatal Mental Health, Life With A Baby Foundation, and Postpartum Support International.

Funds will go towards providing FREE therapy based support groups to parents in Waterloo Region and a portion will go to Healing of the Seven Generations for the Konoro’nkhwa parenting program.
