We are so excited to have Ashley Dias from Dias Dance Fit offer a complimentary FREE 4 week Heartbeats: self-love movement class for moms and babies in the New Year!

It will be a fun opportunity to move with your baby! Flip pen gymnastics is kindly offering us a space to hold this amazing opportunity on Wednesday afternoons 1:30-2:15pm, Jan 10, 17, 24 and 31st.

This event is for Infants ages 0-18 months. 

Please register for each week that you are available to attend. Spaces are limited so only register if you are able to attend.
