We will be creating a safe space for moms to connect, learn and practice self regulation strategies.

Groups will facilitated by Maiya Robbie - Expressive Arts Therapist, Alicia Schaefer - Natural Health and AIEH practitioner and Michelle Wikerd - MSW, RSW.

For 0 - 18 months of age.
